Healthy environments are very important  to us, so we study building issues of mold, toxins, fresh air, allergies as all part of the build environment. Passive solar is a key factor for smart design and energy efficient. Sustainable design incorporates site orientation of the natural environment, long lasting effiecient building materials, and the use of indoor greenhouses for your own vegetable supplies. We try to strive for the smallest carbon footprint as humanly possible.
