Energy Conservation

We can do a walk through of your home, recommend and implement changes to conserve energy, such as changing light bulbs, installing powerstrips for small appliances, portable charges so no electricity is used on stand-by-mode. We will work with our local TDPUD to provide free fluorescent bulbs, low-flow shower heads, and help you utilize the PUD rebate program for new appliances. We can also connect you with SiGBA’s new service of a “Green Audit”.

Recycling

We can help you set up a system for an easier way of using Truckee’s “blue bag” recycling system.
